Delivery and Returns

These terms explain how the Vardify subscriptions provided by Nivorbit Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Nivorbit") are delivered, and how the NFC Tag Kit, sent on request, is delivered and returned. Every order is processed by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which is the Merchant of Record for it: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles VAT, provides customer service for the order and makes refunds. These terms are read together with the Terms of Use, the Order Terms and the Refund Policy.

In short. Vardify is a digital service; there is no physical delivery and your account opens immediately. The NFC Tag Kit is shipped by cargo to your branch address only when you request it. Vardify works in full without the kit, using the QR code on the phone.

1. What we sell

1. A Vardify subscription is a digital service: the web panel (platform.vardify.com), the Vardify mobile app and the kiosk screen. No physical product is shipped.
2. The NFC Tag Kit is optional and is shipped only on request. The kit consists of NFC/QR plaques mounted at your branch's clock-in/out point. The subscription works in full without the kit.

2. Delivery of the digital service

1. Your account opens the moment you sign up; the free trial starts then and your plan's features can be used immediately. When you move to a paid plan, the plan becomes active the moment the payment is confirmed.
2. Your access details, and after payment the invoice Paddle issues, are sent to the e-mail address you signed up with. Invoices are also available on the Billing page of the web panel.

3. Delivery of the NFC Tag Kit

1. The kit is requested from the Branches page of the web panel or by writing to hello@vardify.com. A kit that has not been requested is not shipped.
2. The kit is shipped by a contracted cargo company to the branch address you give in the request, within 30 days at the latest of order confirmation. The tracking number is sent by e-mail.
3. The kit price and the shipping cost are shown in the order summary. In some markets a business's first kit is free; in that case nothing is charged for the kit or its shipping.
4. Until the kit reaches you, clocking in and out is done in full with the QR code in the app; you start using Vardify without waiting for delivery.
5. Check the package when you receive it. Do not accept a damaged or opened package; have the courier record a report and write to hello@vardify.com on the same day. A new one is sent free of charge.
6. A shipment returned because of an address error is shipped again once the correct address is given.

4. Returns and cancellation

1. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the web panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. When money is refunded is set out in the Refund Policy.
2. A defective or wrongly delivered kit is replaced with a new one free of charge. If the kit is not shipped within 30 days, you may cancel the order; the kit price and shipping cost you paid are refunded to the payment method you used within 14 days.
3. The kit is prepared and coded for your branch at the time of the order. Goods made to the buyer's specifications in this way are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), so a kit that is not defective cannot be returned under that right.
4. Payment, refunds and customer service for the order are handled by Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, under Paddle's buyer terms. You can reach Paddle directly at paddle.net, or write to hello@vardify.com and we will pass your request on.

5. Buying as a consumer

Vardify is a service for businesses, and buyers act for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. If you buy as a consumer, the withdrawal rights in Paddle's buyer terms and under applicable law are preserved.
